S. Berwick Summer Series

Building on the success of our 100+ spring player program, Fusion is offering a summer series to keep kids playing in a fun & high-energy environment.

This group is a blast! You, their parent, becomes their teammate (or opponent) and we utilize fun games, challenges and imagination to introduce the building blocks of soccer skills. We keep this program short and high energy to ensure they're left wanting more instead of battling through the last 15 minutes. What's the most important thing gained from this program? Instilling a passion for the game!

This program brings the fun! Players will have the ball at their feet most of the time they're on the field with us playing imagination-based games & challenges that will develop the key-stone skills & concepts of a good dribbler and attacker. Our number one goal is developing a passion for the game that will keep them coming back and second, is for every player to be more comfortable with the ball at their feet.

We begin to pull the curtain back a little bit with this age group. We'll still keep things high energy & fun but players will now know they're learning specific skills and concepts that will help them be better soccer players. We still focus primarily with their ball manipulation and individual attacking and defending concepts that will allow them to make an impact on the field no matter what position they end up playing.

For our oldest group, we're changing the approach. This will be our version of a street soccer program. Everything will be scrimmage-related. As players arrive, they'll jump right into small sided scrimmages until everyone is there. We'll breakout into our weekly 1v1 challenges followed by 2v2 transition games and then into playing 3v3+ with special rules & restrictions to promote quality of play to finish out the session. We'll have challenges for players & teams to score the most with bonus points for other good soccer habits.
