Spring Skills | Dover
Fusions Spring Youth Skills Program is a training-only soccer experience designed for motivated players who compete in local town or club environments and are looking to accelerate their individual development. This program complements, rather than replaces, a player’s existing team training by providing a player-focused, detail-oriented environment focused on long-term skill growth.
Sessions emphasize technical development, speed of play, decision-making, and confidence on the ball. Players will receive lots of repetitions, meaningful coaching feedback, and game-realistic learning opportunities. We will work towards players becoming more effective in 1v1 situations, more composed under pressure, and more impactful within team play.
Training is position-neutral and player-centric, allowing athletes to develop transferable skills that apply across all systems and roles. Sessions include a balance of ball-mastery work, opposed technical exercises, and small-sided games that challenge players to solve problems quickly and creatively.
This program is designed for the recreational and town-travel level player from any community.

What To Bring?
Players should be dressed appropriately for soccer and the weather. Players should also bring an appropriately sized ball and something to stay hydrated with. Shin guards are recommended but not required.
